NEW IN DT 1.1
The only thing new in version 1.1 is a general cleaning up of the interface and adding of custom buttons, all other features remain the same. The next version will be modeless and contain print and save features ( I hope)... Also, the customizing of the interface will only manifest itself on 13" or bigger color monitors, on old Apple 12" monitors you'll still see the original interface, sorry, buy a bigger monitor.
One more thing, the card viewer button is now called "viewer" instead of "the deck...".
REQUIREMENTS
System 6.07 or above, but works best on system 7.0. Any 020,030 or 040 based Mac or Power PC.
Color monitors 12" or larger ( it will work in grayscale but it looks awful). On 12" monitors DT will conform itself to a smaller display, so if you have the choice run it on a 13" or bigger monitor.
Right now it doesn't work on Powerbooks because of their screen size.
DT is a modal program, this will change in DT 2.0, but for now you will not be able to run it in the background or switch applications while it's running.
HOW TO USE IT
Well, it's pretty self explanatory, but, for any Tarot program to be used effectively you've got
to follow a few simple rules. First, just double-click the icon to launch the program. You will be presented with an interface that has three cards with their backs showing. The first thing you should do is click the button called "symbol". This will give you your symbol for the day and it's accompanying element. Each of these is explained below in the section called symbols.
Next, hit the deal button and the cards will flip over. You will have cards that represent Love, Money and Work. These are not the standard fields that will be presented in a normal Tarot reading. Usually, when a three card spread is done the cards are the representation of Past, Present and Future and the reading is done before a full spread. However, I wanted to update this traditional ( and very vague) method of card laying. I picked topics that I figured would affect almost everyone's life. Also, if you're going to use this program every morning or every evening it's kind of silly to have past, present and future, after all, in this context the past is yesterday...
The shuffle button will re-randomize the cards but you should only use it if more than one person is getting a reading, don't cheat and keep shuffling and dealing the cards until you get a reading you like. Well, actually you can, it's up to you, it just won't mean much. The symbol button only works once each time the program is launched. If you just want to see all the cards hit the button called " viewer" and you can browse them. Some forecasts are a little vague and some much more specific, such is the nature of Tarot. I recommend that you fire this up once each morning to see what the day has in store for you.

Each day you will get a different symbol, either a wand, a sword, a cup or a pentcle, here'
s what they mean:
WAND FIRE A day to exercise creativity and action, stick to your principles.
SWORD AIR A day to make decisions, communicate with others.
CUP WATER A day to use your imagination, pursue love, express your emotions.
PENTACLE EARTH A day to focus on material things, use your talents, deal with money.
